My stay at Relais Rosa Dei Venti -Ciao Vacanze- was delightful! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Lake Garda. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring excellent air conditioning and a lovely terrace with a hammock.
Pool area could use some updates.

The Wi-Fi was quite unreliable. it worked for a day after a reset, but after that, I found myself resorting to mobile data. the kitchen amenities were lacking—a decent setup is expected in a self-catering place, but I was disappointed to find no oven and only a minimal number of plugs for appliances. parking can be a hassle during peak times, and I encountered a small ant issue that could have been avoided with better cleaning. On top of that, the ongoing building work around the resort added some noise distractions and clutter to the experience.

The apartment was lovely with a nice partial lake view that made mornings special. It was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped, which made preparing meals easy. I appreciated the proximity to several charming restaurants, and it was just a pleasant stroll to the lake. The two swimming pools, great for the kids, also added to our enjoyment during the stay.

the location was amazin, super close to the lake and harbour. loved how spacious and clean our apartment was, and the staff were always helpful. we enjoyed the quiet pools since we have kids with us, and there was plenty of space for sun loungers. also, the air conditioning worked really well, which kept us comfy. overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place!
only downsides were that the kitchen could use a better setup with more cooking tools, and the Wi-Fi was kinda unreliable at times.

Lovely spot near the lake!
We had an awesome time! The kids loved the pools, and we often chilled in the picnic area. Super clean apartment with cool air con, and the staff was always ready to help. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi can be a bit tricky sometimes. it was fantastic!

Had a wicked time! The pool area was choice, heaps of sun loungers too. Only issue was noisy air con and the check-in process needs some work. Would still go back!
